Common questions
- I forgot my password. On a Standard account, use the reset password link and we'll email you. On a Private account, use your 12-word recovery phrase on the reset password screen to set a new one — without your password or recovery phrase, Private-account data cannot be recovered. That's by design.
- How do I turn reminders on or off? Go to Settings → Notifications.
- How do I export my data? Go to Settings → Export.
- How do I delete my account? See the account deletion guide.
Your privacy
Your recovery work is encrypted on your device before it reaches us. Private accounts are fully zero-knowledge: only you can ever unlock your work. Read more in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
